offcam privacy policy. effective as of March 11, 2026. last updated March 11, 2026.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to voyanix.com, offcam.io, maincharactersaga.com, and other websites, applications, and services operated by voyanix llc (“Company” or “voyanix”) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include voyanix llc and its associated websites, products, communities, and applications (collectively, the “Services”), including but not limited to OffCam and Main Character Saga.
The Company’s websites and Services may include software tools, digital communities, and online platforms. By using the Company’s websites or Services, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
1. Collection of your Personal Information
The Company may collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age and gender.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through the Company’s public message boards, communities, or forums, this information may be collected and used by others.
We do not collect personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include:
- registering for an account
- entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners
- signing up for special offers from selected third parties
- sending us an email message
- submitting payment information when purchasing products or services
We may use the information you provide to communicate with you about services or products you have requested from us and to provide you with the functionality of the Services. We may also gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future as our Services evolve.
2. OffCam Audio Data and Recording Storage
OffCam is designed with a privacy-first architecture that minimizes the amount of user content stored on voyanix systems.
voyanix does not store user audio recordings on voyanix servers as part of OffCam’s normal operation.
Recordings created using OffCam are stored locally on your device or within third-party storage systems selected or controlled by the user, such as personal cloud storage providers.
voyanix systems may store limited recording metadata, including but not limited to:
- recording title
- duration
- timestamps
- file identifiers
- processing status
- usage metrics
This metadata does not include the underlying audio recordings themselves.
In certain cases, audio or transcript data may be temporarily transmitted through voyanix infrastructure or through third-party processing services to provide requested functionality. Examples include:
- speech-to-text transcription
- caption generation
- audio processing
- video rendering
- export features
- content formatting or transformation
Such data is processed only for the time reasonably required to perform the requested function and is not retained by voyanix beyond that processing period except where necessary for system reliability, fraud prevention, debugging, legal compliance, or payment dispute resolution.
Users are solely responsible for storing, backing up, and securing their recordings and related files.
OffCam features may rely on third-party technology providers to perform automated processing such as transcription, caption generation, audio analysis, or video rendering. In order to provide these features, audio or related content may be transmitted to such providers solely for the purpose of performing the requested processing. These providers are contractually restricted from using the data for unrelated purposes.
Because voyanix does not store user recordings as part of OffCam’s normal operation, voyanix does not have access to, and cannot retrieve, recover, restore, or provide copies of user recordings once they are stored on user-controlled devices or third-party storage systems.
3. User Responsibility for Uploaded Content
Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they record, upload, or process using the Services complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of others.
4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
The Company may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about an offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personally identifiable information (such as email address, name, address, or phone number) is not transferred to the third party.
The Company may share data with trusted partners to help perform services such as:
- statistical analysis
- email delivery
- hosting and infrastructure services
- payment processing
- customer support
- product analytics
- transcription or audio processing
- video rendering or export services
All such third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and may use it only for the purpose of providing services on behalf of the Company.
The Company may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- comply with legal obligations or legal process
- protect and defend the rights or property of the Company
- act under urgent circumstances to protect the safety of users of the Company or the public
Because voyanix does not ordinarily store OffCam recordings on its servers, voyanix may not be able to provide recordings in response to user requests, subpoenas, or other legal demands.
