is there an app to download?
offcam is a web app you can install from the browser on iphone, android, or desktop. no app store, no download. it opens from your home screen and the core loop keeps working offline.
does it work offline?
recording, playback, and transcript editing work offline. transcription, content generation, and backup need a connection. anything that needs the network queues up and runs automatically when you're back online.
